Parking
Each suite at The Northumberland comes with one heated underground parking space and storage locker. New owners choose their own space on a first come, first served basis. The parking space and storage locker you select is included in the list price of the condo; there is no additional charge. There are 44 suites in the building and 44 parking spaces; therefore, only one space is available per suite. The garage also features a large "general storage" room that can be used by any resident. The car wash bay is also a very popular feature among the residents of The Northumberland. It comes equipped with a commercial grade pressure washer and a shop vacuum. Private overflow and visitor parking is located along the south side and back of the building.
